This is the cornerstone of our business and is a practice we engage in and improve upon daily.  BGA's staff is highly experienced in performing descriptive, physical inventories; auditing perpetual inventory reports; preparing post-theft or out-of-sight inventory analysis; and providing reconstructive inventory services.  These practices may be employed in all commercial property claims involving business personal property assets.     

This service complements our array of inventory options and involves researching, supporting, auditing, and/or validating replacement cost data for items  of like kind and quality to those which were damaged and require replacement.  BGA regularly provides verifiable valuation data to our clients to assist them toward the conclusion of their claim.   

BGA routinely performs initial site inspections and provides the insurer/adjuster with a plan of action to best quantify the policyholder's business personal property loss.  We can also provide budget estimates and assist with rough order of magnitude projections.  Additionally, BGA works seamlessly in an interdisciplinary way with other consulting experts to make certain that nothing is missed or duplicated.

Because of our vast experience, BGA has been retained by both plaintiff and defense attorneys to provide guidance and opinions relating to valuation and salvage disposition on disputed claims involving a variety of business personal property assets.    

Situations sometimes require prompt removal of at-risk contents for further assessment, inventory, or protection.  BGA can provide labor, material handling equipment, trucking, and warehousing resources to relocate assets to a safe and secure building with significantly reduced risk of further damage.
